Junior Speed/Agility & Strength/Conditioning
Wednesday's 7:10-7:55p.m. Begins Wed. January 4. $59 monthly. (4 classes).   Led by Coach Jihad.  

Personal Speed/Agility Training
Sessions with Coach Jihad $35 1/2 hour $60 1 hour.

Coach Jihad holds the coveted Pat Etcheberry certification. Etcheberry has trained the top tennis players in the world and we now bring these training methods to you!

Core and Agility Training

Core and agility fitness sessions are offered here at BARC.  Let our experience in the proper training techniques help you to achieve your fitness goals.   These are intense sessions that perfectly complement your tennis training.  Contact the club office for schedule details.

Fitness Studio

Club ownership renovated the downstairs rooms of the clubhouse to bring to the membership a Fitness Studio, complete with state of the art cardio equipment, all-in-one gym, dumbells, kettle bells, stretching bands, and much more!
